As the first and only sales development hire on a three-person go-to-market team, I own and operate the company's AI GTM tool stack: a vendor AI SDR platform, an enrichment platform, and the AI and workflow layer inside the CRM. I built the lead lifecycle process the tooling runs against, and I've carried pipeline the entire time.

The pipeline figure I cite is stage-scoped — meeting to opportunity — and it is my own: 27 meetings generated, 17 accepted by the AE as opportunities — 63%.
